Special room rates have been negotiated at the hotels listed below. To obtain these special rates, reservations must be made directly with the hotel either by phone or online by February 15th. All conference meetings and meal functions will be held at the Bank of Springfield Center, the President Abraham Lincoln Hotel, and the Wyndham Hotel. Please note there will be no shuttle service from the other hotels to the BOS Center.  Downtown Springfield has many public parking options that cost anywhere from $5 to $10 a day to park.  Details on the public parking will be provided in the Springfield Maps in the Program Books and on the Conference APP.
